With locations across the U.S. and Canada, their team excels in top-tier customer service by providing a broad portfolio of respected safety solutions brands.The Position The National Account Manager will drive revenue and margin growth by leading and advising teams to expand market share and strengthen marquee national client partnerships within the HVAC industry. This consultative role focuses on relationship building, strategic pricing, and process improvements to not only expand existing client partnerships, but to target new enterprise customers.Primary responsibilities include: Drive upsell and cross-sell growth by analyzing market trends and identifying business opportunities with two long-standing national HVAC customers.Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning as a trusted strategic partner while enhancing overall customer experience.Continuously expand product, brand, and industry expertise while collaborating with vendors to support business growth and customer success.Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, to create effective strategic relationship plans.Qualifications and Candidate BackgroundThe ideal candidate will have:4+ years of B2B sales experience. Familiarity with safety equipment and PPE is a plus, but not required.Proven experience in sales with a successful track record of managing and growing national accounts.Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Strategic thinking ability with a goal-oriented mindset and the capability to deliver sales goals.CompensationCompensation structure is base + quarterly performance bonus. Base salary ranges from $55K-$70K, with potential for flexibility for the right fit/right person.LocationThe role is based in office with up to 25% domestic travel.Your information will not be shared with any outside parties without your prior consent.
