The Land Administrator will handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to land management, including lease processing, land acquisitions, and real estate documentation. Responsibilities include: maintaining and organizing land records, processing incoming division orders, address changes, and providing support for associated owner relations royalty questions. The role requires a high level of detail and accuracy.QualificationsProficiency in Land Administration and Administrative AssistanceExperience in handling land and lease agreements, and knowledge of associated processesFamiliarity with oil and gas lease agreements, division orders, as well as land titles and recordsAttention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate recordsStrong communication and coordination skills to interact with different stakeholdersProficiency with MS Office and Quorum software and tools for document management and data entryA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plusTen years of experience in the energy or oil and gas industry is preferredWhy Work at Trailblazer?Trailblazer Energy Resources is a vibrant, growing company with an outstanding team of people!
