Process Engineer
Salary: $ 75,000.00 An established precision manufacturing company specializing in complex metal components for highly regulated industries is seeking a Process Engineer to support continuous improvement initiatives within its production environment. Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Process Engineer: #1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related engineering field #2. Minimum 3+ years of process engineering experience within a manufacturing environment #3. Experience in aluminum manufacturing, metal casting, or metals industry preferred #4. Strong knowledge of process control, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies #5. Proficiency with engineering and process simulation tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar software Responsibilities of the Process Engineer:Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvementImplement process enhancements to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiencyTroubleshoot production and equipment-related issues to minimize downtime and support operationsLead process improvement and continuous improvement projects from concept through implementationDevelop and modify manufacturing processes to meet production goals and customer specificationsCollect, analyze, and interpret production data to monitor trends and recommend improvementsCollaborate with quality teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirementsSupport the development and implementation of quality assurance proceduresEnsure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policiesAssist with training staff on safety protocols and process improvements Requirements of the Process Engineer:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related engineering fieldMinimum 3+ years of process engineering experience within a manufacturing environmentExperience in aluminum manufacturing, metal casting, or metals industry preferredStrong knowledge of process control, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologiesProficiency with engineering and process simulation tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar software Other Key Requirements:100% onsiteNo sponsorships or visa holders.
