The program will last 2-3 years, with participants completing various rotations designed to enhance technical and leadership skills needed to succeed. Each rotation will last ~6-12 months and include exposure to various finance disciplines at a Corporate, Group and Plant level.\nProgram Goals\nExperience Broad and Cross Functional Opportunities: Participants will experience exponential growth technically, analytically and professionally across multiple finance disciplines. This allows participants to gain in-depth knowledge of the business, build relationships across the broader finance team and allow them to add value throughout the organization.\nExposure and Access to multiple aspects of the Business and Finance: Program participants are challenged by engaging with many different aspects of Finance within a manufacturing environment. This will enable a broad foundation that will benefit the team member’s development, creating a well-rounded finance professional.\nDevelop and Build your skillset : Participants will receive on-going coaching to enhance analytical, leadership, presentation, and communication skillsets.
