2nd Shift -(3:00 PM to 11:30 PM)\n- 1st Shift -(6:45 AM to 3:15 PM)\nMUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH OPERATING AT LEAST 2 OF THESE MACHINES - Setting up and loading programs for metalwork machinery including Vela Punch Press, EMK 3612 punch press, EHRT HC40 copper punch, EHRT HC80 copper punch, EHRT EB-40, Not looking for a button pusher but someone who can load and program info into the machines\nResponsibilities:\nReading and interpreting engineering blueprints.\nConstructing base templates if necessary.\nMeasuring and marking out cutting and bending lines.\nSetting up and loading programs for metalwork machinery including Vela Punch Press, EMK 3612 punch press, EHRT HC40 copper punch, EHRT HC80 copper punch, EHRT EB-40 copper bender, drill presses, and Amada Press brake.\nDouble-check design specifications before commencing with cutting work.\nFabricating and constructing metal components.\nGrinding and finishing completed products.\nPerforming quality checks on completed products.\nConforming with state and company safety regulations.\nRequirements:\nPrevious work experience as a metal fabricator.\nFollow facility safety requirements.\nAbility to enter programs and set up Vela Punch Press, EMK 3612 punch press, EHRT HC40 copper punch, EHRT HC80 copper punch, EHRT EB-40 copper bender, drill presses, and Amada Press brake.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering blueprints.\nAbility to lift 40lbs unassisted and heavier weights as a team lift.\nAbility to lift and manipulate large metal objects.\nAbility to stand for long periods.\nForklift experience\nAbility to stand for 10 hours.\nAbility to operate basic tools.\nHigh School Education or GED equivalent\nJob Types: Full-time, Contract\nPay: $23.00 -
