This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in programming and machining while leading a team of dedicated professionals.\n\nResponsibilities\nProgram CNC machines to produce parts and components according to engineering specifications\nOperate CNC machines and perform necessary machine set-ups\nEnsure correct material selection and tooling for each job\nInspect finished parts for accuracy and quality\nTrain and mentor junior machinists\nManage production schedules and prioritize workloads\nMaintain and repair machines when necessary\nAdhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment\nRequirements\nMin.
