Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.Design and build Power Apps to digitize and streamline business processes.Develop Power Automate workflows that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand problems, gather requirements, evaluate opportunities, and define appropriate solutions.Translate business requirements into effective, user-friendly technical solutions.Leverage existing enterprise data sources, including Azure Databricks and Azure SQL, to support reporting, analytics, and automation initiatives.Manage and track development activities using Azure DevOps Boards.Support solution testing, deployment, troubleshooting, user training, and adoption.Collaborate with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other business functions.Identify opportunities to improve operational performance through data, analytics, digitization, and automation.Independently manage multiple priorities and drive assigned solutions from requirements through delivery.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsHands-on experience developing solutions with:Microsoft Power BIMicrosoft Power AppsMicrosoft Power AutomateExperience working with enterprise data sources, including Azure Databricks and/or Azure SQL environments.Experience using Azure DevOps Boards or similar tools to manage and track work.Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering capabilities.Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to work independently and deliver results with limited day-to-day supervision.Ability and willingness to work onsite in Zebulon five days per week.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting manufacturing, pharmaceutical, supply chain, or another regulated environment.Experience delivering business-facing analytics, workflow automation, or process-digitization solutions.Experience working directly with operational or frontline users.Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.Work EnvironmentThis is a highly business-facing role that extends beyond working at a desk. You will regularly interact with users in production, warehouse, laboratory, and support environments to understand processes firsthand and develop solutions that work in the real-world operating environment.Candidates must be comfortable spending time on the manufacturing floor to observe processes, gather requirements, support testing, troubleshoot solutions, and train users.The position requires compliance with site safety and gowning requirements and the ability to move throughout manufacturing facilities, including extended periods of walking, standing, and working alongside frontline personnel.Target CandidateThe strongest candidate will combine hands-on Power Platform development skills with the curiosity and communication skills of a strong Business Analyst.
