This position ensures effective project design and execution while fostering strategic relationships. Requirements:• Experience in Utility Project and/or program or portfolio management. • Industry familiarity with current programmatic priorities. • Demonstrated experience managing program - or portfolio -level financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost tracking. • Proven ability to lead and develop cross -functional teams. Strong understanding of: • Land Planning • Engineering Design • Permitting and regulatory compliance • Project Closeout • Stakeholder coordination What You'll Do:•Lead and oversee Project Management, Project Controls and Scheduling initiatives across multiple concurrent projects. • Manage program - and portfolio -level utility construction efforts from planning through closeout. • Direct and support cross -functional teams, including land planners, engineering design, mapping, etc. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking across programs and portfolios. • Ensure compliance with permitting, regulatory requirements, easements, and land rights processes. • Coordinate stakeholder engagement, including regulatory agencies and interagency partners. • Drive end -to-end project execution processes. • Maintain alignment across multiple active projects to ensure delivery timelines and financial targets are met.
