Together, we’re improving health and improving lives.\n\nMethod Development Scientist - III (Madison, Wisconsin)\nWork schedule: Monday - Friday (Day Shift)\nMethod Development Scientist - III\nJob Responsibilities:\nIn this role, you will support the development, transfer, troubleshooting, and documentation of sensitive and reliable LC-MS/MS bioanalytical methods for the analysis of pharmaceuticals and related compounds in biological matrices. You will apply scientific principles, regulatory awareness, and hands-on laboratory expertise to generate high-quality data and support internal and external communications while contributing to process improvements.\nNo significant remote work or travel and does include direct client interaction.\nEssential Duties\nIndividual contributor role in a regulated lab environment.\nDevelops routine and complex analytical methods for quantitation of pharmaceuticals from biological matrices, applying troubleshooting and documentation practices.\nSupports method development and method transfer activities, including method writing and associated laboratory work.\nSupports troubleshooting across development, validation, and sample analysis.\nMaintains complete, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with SOPs, GLP, and regulatory requirements.\nSupports data-driven decision-making by communicating method performance, risks, and resource needs.\nServes as a technical resource within the group, assisting with troubleshooting and training as appropriate.\nParticipates in client interactions and internal cross-functional collaborations.\nContributes to evaluation of departmental procedures and local process improvements.\nPromotes a cohesive and collaborative team environment.\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s degree (Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc.)\n5 years or more of analytical laboratory experience\n5 years or more of LC-MS/MS experience\nGLP/GMP/GCP/SOP experience\n3 years or more Method Development experience\nPreferred Requirements\nDoctoral degree (Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc.)\nWith any lab experience\nBioanalytical experience\nAdditional Requirements\nDemonstrated communication skills (external publications and presentations)\nClient management experience\nProven ability to prioritize and manage time\nExcellent attention to detail\nApplication Window: 8/6 thru 8/10/2026\nBenefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
