Client mission includes:\nLeading the Department’s strategy and policy on data, analytics, and AI adoption, as well as governing and overseeing efforts across the Department.\nEnabling the development of digital and AI-enabled solutions across the Department, while also selectively scaling proven solutions for enterprise and joint use cases.\nProviding a sophisticated cadre of technical experts that serve as a de facto data and digital response force able to address urgent crises and emerging challenges with state-of-the-art digital solutions.\nResponsibilities\nSignificant experience in one or more scripting languages such as Python or R, Proficient in one or more big data programming languages, such as Python or Java\nAI/ML model development, containerization, and productization experience\nKnowledge Graph construction and reasoning experience, to include experience with property graph or RDF model frameworks.\nExperience with Elasticsearch and related indexing technologies\nPrevious experience performing research in Data Analytics or Big Data\nA significant share of your data analytics experience in direct support of military or intelligence community customers, demonstrating progressive technical development and mission-focused outcomes.\nSignificant experience dealing with open source, publicly available information (PAI) data sources and/or forensic media (i.e., DOMEX)\nPrevious experience developing predictive algorithms.\nExperience supporting cyber security or network security operations.\nFamiliarity with social network analysis, supply chain analysis, forensic accounting, pattern of life, natural language processing, social media analysis, classification algorithms, and/or image processing\nExperience blending analytical methodologies and leveraging existing COTS/GOTS/OS tools in unconventional manners\nRequired Qualifications\nMust be a United States Citizen.\nDevelop plans, road maps, and software design strategies.\nCapture, develop, and report reference architectures and document compliance standards.\nWork closely with clients and requirements owners to build product lines.\nYears of Experience and Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s degree plus 7-10 years of experience or a\nMaster's Degree plus 5 years of experience.\nMinimum Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret (TS) must be able to achieve a TS/SCI clearance with scope\nLocation: Hybrid (2-3 days per week on-site) Falls Church, Pentagon, Alexandria, or Arlington\nU.S. Citizenship: Required\nKingfisher Systems, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
