Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Controller located in Latrobe, PA. The Controller will oversee the organization's financial operations and ensure accurate reporting, budgeting, and compliance with industry regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing accounting records, leading audits, forecasting financial performance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The role will require collaboration with executive leadership to provide strategic financial guidance and implement best practices. Qualifications Strong expertise in Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and BudgetingProficiency in Financial Analysis, Forecasting, and Cost ManagementExperience with Auditing, Regulatory Compliance, and Internal ControlsProficiency in Accounting Software and Financial SystemsStrong leadership, team management, and decision-making skillsExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus)5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the healthcare industry
