An entrepreneurial spirit who is excited and motivated by the prospect of relentlessly pursuing and continually setting a new standard in senior living.Role:Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures within the communitiesPartners with regional, divisional and corporate leadership on short- and long-term planning for the community, including supporting and implementation of change management initiatives.Serves as a key partner in driving sales and occupancy in the community; in smaller communities may be directly accountable for sales activities; partners with Regional Sales and Marketing Directors to understand competitive environment and drive salesRepresent the Community and build relationships within the geographic area, the business, and the industry.Candidate:Current RN license in the state of DC. 2-5 years’ experience providing resident care to the elderly in a supervisory role, or similarly related experience with specialized memory care programs.Experience with resident assessment and care planningAbility to show sincere compassion towards cognitively impaired older adults. Demonstrates genuine concern for the physical and emotional needs of the elderly and their families.Ability to perform calculations in support of personnel actions, budget, and other financial responsibilities.If interested, please apply through the link.
