Come join our team and make Wright Beverage your career!\r\nPOSITION VISIONNight loading crew member picks product and loads WBD delivery vehicles with products for next day's deliveries.\r\nRESPONSIBILITIES\r\nReports to work on time wearing a clean WBD approved safety apparel.\r\nTakes product from pick locations and placed it on pallets in a neat and orderly manner that will ensure product is not damaged when it is delivered to retail.\r\nResponsible for timely and accurately loading of each pick ticket they receive. Minimum accuracy is 99.75%.\r\nLoads a minimum of 150 cases of product per hour onto company vehicles.\r\nOperates forklifts and electric pallet jacks to load product onto trucks.\r\nPicks up all breakage and debris left over from loading trucks.\r\nReports to NC Manager any issues with WBD equipment, pick kiosk or scan guns used to move product in WMS.\r\nMust comply with all safety rules and procedures.\r\nCUSTOMER RELATIONS\r\nUphold customer service philosophy and exemplify WBD standards while executing business activities.\r\nStrive to build and maintain favorable reputation of the WBD to fulfill the vision of being the Preferred Supplier with our customers.\r\nMINIMUM/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS\r\nEducation:\r\nMinimum: High school diploma or GED. Must be 18 years of age or older and be able to read, write and comprehend English\r\nPreferred:\r\nSkills:\r\nMinimum: Must be able to work in a fast-pace environment and work in a neat and orderly manner\r\nPreferred: Certified forklift, walkie rider and electric pallet jack operator\r\nExperience:\r\nMinimum: Warehouse and forklift experience.\r\nPreferred: Warehouse and forklift experience in the material handling or beverage distribution\r\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and stack, 1 case of can (21 pounds), 1 case of 12oz bottles (38 pounds), 1 case of 40 oz bottles (48 pounds) and barrels weighting 175 pounds 3 feet off the ground; stand; use hands to finger, handle and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk and hear.
