This leader sets the tone, drives performance, and ensures that every resident experience reflects excellence, empathy, and kindness.You will serve as the face of the community, owning first impressions, leading sales efforts, and ensuring a high standard of hospitality and care.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & CultureBuild and sustain a culture of accountability, mentorship, and kindnessLead by example—setting clear expectations and holding teams to high standardsDevelop department heads through coaching, feedback, and performance managementFoster an environment where team members feel valued, supported, and empoweredOperations & ComplianceOversee daily operations across all departmentsEnsure full compliance with Utah state regulations and Department of Health standardsEnsure care is delivered with quality, dignity, and empathyFinancial PerformanceManage and execute annual budgets for revenue and expensesDrive financial success through occupancy growth and expense managementHold leaders accountable to KPIs and operational metricsSales & GrowthAct as the sales leader of the communityOwn the customer journey—from first impression through residencyPartner with teams to drive occupancy, reputation, and growthResident ExperienceDeliver and uphold world-class customer service standardsChampion a resident-centered culture rooted in kindness and empathyContinuously elevate the resident and family experienceWhat We’re Looking ForA people-first leader who builds strong, accountable teamsPassion for serving seniors and delivering exceptional experiencesStrong financial acumen and experience managing budgetsProven ability to set expectations and execute consistentlyExcellent communication and active listening skillsDeep commitment to kindness, empathy, and service excellenceCustomer-focused, team-focused, and results-drivenQualificationsBachelor’s degree requiredMaster’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field preferredLeadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality strongly preferredCompensation & BenefitsFull-time positionBase salary: $105,000 – $115,000 (DOE)Performance-based bonus structure tied to community metricsBenefits IncludeMedical, Dental, Vision insurance401(k) eligibility after one year of employmentComplimentary meal every shiftOur CommitmentAt Avista Senior Living, we don’t just operate communities—we create environments where residents thrive and team members grow.
