MRB CoordinatorEvaluate, document, and present rejection data vs HydraForce specification to control nonconforming product, in all processes, to determine disposition of shipment lot.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOverall coordination and tracking of in-house MRB materialInterface with various departments daily to provide status of open MRB items and establish plan of action to closeEnsure all MRB items are dispositioned in a timely mannerFacilitate MRB meetingsProcess dispositioned material according to HydraForce processesIdentify and recommend improvements to MRB process and update documentationComplete MRB documentation to provide data traceability and inventory accuracyMaintain accurate account of quantity and rejection reporting of material undergoing the MRB processDelegate and follow up on actions to closure for MRB itemsOrganize and complete reporting of status of MRB itemsFollow all clean-up and housekeeping proceduresComply with all safety and sanitation regulationsComplete any other tasks as assigned by supervisorKnowledge/ ExperienceHigh school diploma, Associate's Degree preferred or experience in lieu thereof1 to 2 years' experience as a Quality Inspector within a manufacturing environment or other inspection experienceAbility to follow inspection processes and plansPrevious experience with quality control equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges preferredProficient with MS Office SuiteMinitab experience, preferredExperience with technical specifications and blueprintsWork independently with little supervisionWorks well in team settingsGood organizational skillsExhibit ethical independence and judgment of the parts and processClear communicationPhysical RequirementsAbility to walk/stand for long periods of timeLift and move a minimum of 20 pounds without assistanceAgility to work with small partsThe ability to see details at close rangeRepetitive hand/arm useWork Environment20% Travel between HydraForce PlantsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerWarehouse environment where temperatures are often warm or cool, depending upon the season, and noise level can be moderate to highSalary and Benefits:The hourly range for the position is $21.50 - $29.40/hour. The individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. The Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range during the interview process.Must Have:Must have US work authorization.Indefinite U.S work authorized individuals only.
