In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing processes are optimized and controlled to produce high-quality parts efficiently—balancing equipment performance, cycle time, cost, and material usage.\nThis is a hands‑on, problem‑solving role that requires strong technical expertise, collaboration with production teams, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities Optimize and maintain manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and product quality\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex process issues beyond the scope of Process Technicians\nProvide oversight and training on processes, robotics, and assembly equipment\nSupport off‑shift operations and be available to address urgent processing challenges\nApply structured problem‑solving methodologies (e.g., DOE, capability studies) to improve processes\nRead and interpret tooling prints and create or update procedures and work instructions\nEnsure compliance with all company policies, quality standards, and OSHA safety requirements\nQualifications Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment optimization\nAbility to read tooling prints and develop technical documentation\nExperience with structured problem‑solving tools and methodologies\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills\nPrior experience training or mentoring team members is a plus\nRegular exposure to moving mechanical equipment\nOccasional exposure to heat and vibration\nModerate noise levels in the production environment\nMust follow safety requirements, including appropriate attire around machinery\nPhysical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended periods\nAbility to lift up to 45 pounds\nAbility to communicate effectively (talk, hear, and follow instructions)\nWhy Join Us?
