This role fills multiple positions as assigned or in relief. Assist in training new employees. Essential Functions And ResponsibilitiesObserves plant safety rules and assists management in oversight of safety roles.Knowledge on packaging equipmentQuality inspection of finished productAble to utilize manual pallet jack.Responsible for housekeeping. Requires regular on time attendance.Performs such individual assignments as management may direct.Must meet most of or all the requirements shown in the training matrix shown for an OPIII and OPII. Establishes and maintains effective work relationships within the organization; and maintains the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.Abide by the Company Values: Integrity, Teamwork, Passion for Winning, Ownership, and Leadership. Basic QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.Experience/KnowledgeMinimum 1 (one) year experience in a warehouse and/or industrial environment.Physical Requirements & Work EnvironmentStanding and walking approximately 90 (ninety) percent of work time.
