Electrical Engineer- (Harness and PLC)

Required Skills:Harness design, electrical schematics, and DC circuit troubleshooting12/24 VDC circuit analysis with low/medium voltage AC systems knowledgePLC programming experience (CodeSYS, IQAN)CAD tools: SolidWorks, SolidWorks Electrical, AutoCADEngine diagnostics, drivetrain/driveline, and diesel engine knowledgeHydraulic and pneumatic controls understandingERP/MRP systems experience (JD Edwards preferred)Strong communication, troubleshooting, and project ownership skillsProficiency in MS Excel and WordAbility to work in fast-paced environments with urgencyKey Responsibilities:Develop new products with product development teamsCreate detailed product specifications and ensure complianceParticipate in VOC/customer meetings and product testingSupport operations, suppliers, and service teams for quality improvementsPerform onsite diagnostics at customer locationsSupport tradeshows, product launches, and training activitiesDrive continuous improvement and manufacturable product designsReduce warranty issues and improve sustaining engineering processesTravel up to 20% domestically during product launches
