Client Services Specialist (Sales Support)

Streamline has been recognized as one of the top Places to Work in the Jacksonville, Florida area.Position SummaryUnder the direction of the Sales VP, our ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining sales documents/presentations, standard reporting, and supporting the ad hoc needs of the sales team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our client relationships by ensuring that information from sales is properly distributed to internal departments and implemented. Your responsibilities will include reporting, client maintenance, data analysis, developing marketing materials, client onboarding, and conference planning and support.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting consisting of daily volume reports, monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting, and ad hoc reports Assist with Presentations and Stewardships as needed Monitor Customer Maintenance inbox: add/update contacts and payors, assist with operations inquiries Client Onboarding: Payor setup in Magellan and Magellan Finance, communication with internal departments about payor requirements, Clinical set up as needed, assist AM with any additional onboarding requirements Provider heat maps, pricing grids, and customized client presentations, as needed Conferences planning and support, including booking hotels, tracking spending and tasks, assisting the conference coordinators as needed Develop/design promotional materials such as sales event flyers and marketing materials (Sales, Clinical, Provider Relations, etc.), shipping materials out as needed Collaborate with IT on any onboarding/customer maintenance related tickets, develop and QA new reporting, and assist with audit projects as needed Weekly review of operational referrals (reports based in the Magellan Pipeline) Monitor and assist with Sales Support Email RequestsQUALIFICATIONS: Strong analytical and investigative skills with an attention to detail Proficient data entry skills with a high level of accuracy Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) Previous experience in and/or knowledge of workers compensation Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Customerfocused, Goaldriven mindset with the ability to work independently, as well as working with a team Strong organizational skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of workman's compensation claims and healthcare industry Ability to navigate complex datasets and perform data validation Familiarity with customer service principles Creative mindset/abilities Proficient in Magellan
