Home Care Speech Language Pathologist, Chenango County Region

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for our Home Care team to deliver personalized evaluations and treatments in patients' homes, enhancing communication, cognition, and swallowing safety.Responsibilities include interpreting medical prescriptions, conducting assessments, developing and adjusting evidence-based treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating patients and caregivers.Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current NY license, CCC from ASHA or CFY candidate, and CPR certification.
