Enterprise Project Manager to lead strategic enterprise transformation initiatives across Salesforce, SAP, Dayforce, WMS (Warehouse Mgmt Systems), ERP, and other business-critical programs.\r\nThis individual will partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to successfully deliver complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.\r\nThe ideal candidate combines executive presence with hands-on execution, bringing strong experience managing enterprise implementations, project financials, vendors, risks, and organizational change.\r\nRequired Experience\r\n8+ years of enterprise project management experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives.\r\nProven success delivering Salesforce implementation or CRM transformation projects.\r\nExperience managing enterprise initiatives involving ERP, Digital Transformation, Supply Chain, Finance, HRIS, Customer Experience, or Manufacturing systems.\r\nDemonstrated success partnering with executive leadership, business owners, Finance, and IT.\r\nExperience leading third-party implementation partners and system integrators.\r\nStrong knowledge of project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting.\r\nStrong experience of managing\r\nResource planning\r\nWhat you'll bring to the role:\r\nOperates confidently with executive stakeholders, influencing business leaders and driving major program decisions.\r\nRolls up their sleeves when needed—comfortable diving into project financials, vendors, systems, and business processes to keep initiatives moving.\r\nBalances strategic thinking with tactical execution, understanding enterprise objectives while managing day-to-day delivery.\r\nWorks independently, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment opportunities before they become project issues.\r\nCan seamlessly transition between enterprise initiatives, including Salesforce, SAP, Dayforce, WMS, ERP, and other transformation programs as business priorities evolve.\r\nThinks beyond project schedules, managing end-to-end programs, cross-functional dependencies, business outcomes, and organizational change.\r\nThrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently and strong leadership, adaptability, and sound judgment are
