Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, distributors, and other service providers.\n\n· Monitor vendor pricing, product availability, delivery schedules, and service performance.\n\n· Oversee point-of-sale operations and ensure transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.\n\n· Establish and maintain appropriate cash-handling, reconciliation, and financial control procedures.\n\n· Review daily transactions, sales activity, refunds, adjustments, and discrepancies as applicable.\n\n· Implement inventory and loss-prevention controls to minimize theft, shrinkage, waste, and product loss.\n\n· Maintain accurate records related to sales, inventory, purchasing, receiving, pricing, staffing, and other commissary activities.\n\n· Monitor commissary expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.\n\n· Ensure food, beverage, and other applicable products are stored and handled in accordance with established sanitation, safety, and storage requirements.\n\n· Respond to customer questions, concerns, and product requests and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution.\n\n· Coordinate with all the Managers in Warehouse, Hospitality, Food, Beverage, Security, Maintenance and other operational departments as necessary.\n\n· Monitor commissary equipment and coordinate maintenance, repair, or replacement as needed.\n\n· Assist with planning for changes in occupancy, customer demand, inventory requirements, and operating hours.\n\n· Develop and maintain commissary procedures, inventory controls, service standards, and operating processes.\n\n· Support the opening, implementation, and organization of new commissary operations as needed.\n\n· Perform other duties as assigned.\n\n*STANDARD REQUIREMENTS:
