First and second shifts are available. This position is responsible for helping finish printed materials accurately, efficiently, and according to job specifications.\n\nThe ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, quality-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to keep up with workflow demands between departments. Overtime may be required as needed.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nOperate and assist with bindery and finishing equipment\n\nSet up, feed, monitor, and unload bindery machines\n\nPerform quality control checks to ensure finished products meet specifications\n\nCut, fold, stitch, drill, pad, shrink wrap, package, or assemble printed materials as needed\n\nRead and follow job tickets, work orders, and production instructions\n\nMaintain steady production while ensuring accuracy and quality\n\nStack, count, bundle, box, and prepare finished products for the next production stage\n\nKeep machines fed and assist other operators to maintain workflow\n\nCommunicate job details, issues, or delays with supervisors and team members\n\nKeep work area clean, organized, and safe\n\nFollow all company safety procedures\n\nAssist with general production duties as needed\n\nQualifications\n\nPrevious bindery, printing, manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred\n\nMechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment\n\nAbility to read and follow written job instructions\n\nStrong attention to detail and quality control\n\nAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment\n\nReliable attendance and punctuality\n\nAbility to stand for long periods of time\n\nAbility to lift, stack, and move printed materials as required\n\nForklift experience is a plus, but not required\n\nIdeal Candidate\nThe right candidate will be dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working around machinery.
