Program Manager - Complex IT / Hybrid Cloud Engagements
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex IT and hybrid cloud engagements. Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 12 months Overview: This role is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery, managing large-scale programs, and ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and contractual commitments. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of technical acumen, financial oversight, and executive-level communication. Key Responsibilities: Lead delivery of large, complex IT and hybrid cloud programs across multiple workstreams Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk to ensure successful program outcomes Oversee contractual deliverables, SLAs, and milestone-based execution Drive governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder alignment Utilize IPPF tools for financial management, including cost tracking and invoicing Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors Proactively identify risks, manage change control, and resolve issues Support pre-sales efforts by contributing delivery expertise and solution insights Required Skills & Qualifications: Expertise in program management within complex IT and hybrid cloud environments Strong financial and contract management experience, including IPPF or similar tools Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience managing multi-vendor, enterprise-scale engagements Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Experience: 10+ years of program/project management experience in IT environments Proven success delivering large-scale hybrid cloud or infrastructure programs Experience managing enterprise clients, financials, and contractual obligations Background supporting sales or pre-sales engagements is a plus Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
