We are looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications. You will be working primarily with Go, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Remix and TypeScript, and will be expected to contribute to all levels of the technology stack. Responsibilities:Develop and maintain web applications using Go, Kafka, Remix & TypeScript. Implement scalable and efficient APIs and back-end servicesCreate and maintain robust, reusable components and librariesCollaborate to define, design, and ship new featuresUnderstand requirements and translate them into technical specificationsParticipate in all phases of agile software developmentMentor and guide junior engineers. Continuously improve our engineering practices, tools, and processesConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedbackTroubleshoot and debug issues to optimize the performance of our web applicationsEngage in cross-functional collaboration, including remote work environments, utilizing tools like Slack, GitHub, and video conferencingQualifications:Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principlesExperience with relational and non-relational databasesA commitment to best practices, including Git, testing, and continuous integrationFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesStrong proficiency in Go, Remix, and TypeScriptExperience with message broker systems like KafkaSolid understanding of AWS and its various servicesExperience in a fast-paced startup environmentWho you are working for - About Collective[i]: Collective[i] is on a mission to help people and companies prosper.
