This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in Field force Reporting.Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, long-term relationships.Development Triage: Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and manage development tasks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and achieve organizational goals.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in operations management, preferably in Field force Reporting or a related domain.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
