OverviewThe Interactive Creative Manager is responsible for the planning, creation, execution, and performance of website, digital and promotional content across multiple platforms for WAFX, WNOR, and associated brands. This role blends creative direction with hands-on execution, including graphic design, video production, and campaign management, ensuring consistent, engaging, and results-driven experiences across web, email, social, app, and streaming channels.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation, Design, Management & ExecutionWrite, build, and manage email campaigns for Hampton Roads Media Group & brandsSchedule and publish social media, website, text contentDesign and produce digital graphicsCreate, edit, and publish video and photo content for digital platformsMaintain consistent branding, tone, and visual standards across all channelsSupport app engagement through push notifications and texting campaignsWebsites, Contests & Digital PlatformsCreate and manage website contentCreate, schedule, and post contests, promotional pages, and event listingsAdvertising & PromotionsDesign, create, and schedule digital banners in multiple sizes for station and client campaignsCoordinate and support Meta and YouTube ad campaigns, including creative developmentCollaborate with sales and clients on digital advertising assetsEnsure all campaign creative aligns with station promotions and client objectivesAnalytics & ReportingPull, analyze, and report monthly performance metrics, including:Email database growth and engagementText messaging performanceStreaming analyticsBanner ad performancePaid social (Meta) and YouTube ad resultsMonitor trends and recommend optimizations based on performance dataTrack overall digital growth and audience engagementQualificationsExperience in digital content creation, marketing, or interactive mediaStrong writing and editing skills, particularly for email and social platformsProficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)Experience with video and photo production/editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)Experience with email marketing platforms and social scheduling toolsUnderstanding of Google, Meta and other digital analytics.Key TraitsHighly organized and detail-orientedCreative thinker with strong execution skills across design and videoData-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance metricsSelf-starter who can manage both strategy and day-to-day executionCollaborative while comfortable working independentlySend resume to: MBeck@hamptonroadsmediagroup.comHampton Roads Media Group is an equal opportunity employer.J-18808-Ljbffr
