This role owns moderately complex, cross-functional programs spanning New Product Development, Beverage Innovation, and Go-to-Market Launch execution. Operating with meaningful autonomy, the Program Manager leads end-to-end delivery across teams including Hardware, Software, Beverage, Manufacturing, and GTM—ensuring programs stay on track, risks are surfaced early, and stakeholders remain aligned throughout. The ideal candidate is execution-focused, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accountability and clarity drive results.\nThe Program Manager will drive cross-functional alignment and work autonomously on independent initiatives, while beginning to leverage data and structured recommendations to influence key decisions.\nYour Day to Day\nOwn independent workstreams tied to the end-to-end execution of NPD, Beverage Innovation, and GTM Launch programs—from kick-off through successful delivery.\nDevelop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and milestone trackers that integrate dependencies across Hardware, Software, Beverage, and Manufacturing workstreams.\nDrive accountability across cross-functional teams; ensure tasks, timelines, and deliverables are progressing as expected.\nProactively identify and mitigate program risks and blockers, escalating to leadership with clear context and recommended paths forward.\nBalance short-term execution needs with overall program health and quality outcomes.\nPartner with Engineering, Product, Beverage, Manufacturing, Quality, and GTM teams to align on goals, timelines, and priorities.\nCommunicate program status, risks, and dependencies clearly and consistently to diverse stakeholder audiences.\nBegin influencing decisions through data, context, and structured recommendations.\nRequirements\nRequired\n2–7 years of experience in program or project management, with a track record of successfully delivering cross-functional programs on time and on scope.\nDemonstrated execution discipline: strong organizational skills, reliable follow-through, and comfort driving accountability without direct authority.\nExperience managing programs that span multiple teams or functions, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.\nProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent).\nStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey program status clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbility to break down ambiguous problems independently and apply structured thinking to drive outcomes.\nHybrid role based in Charlestown (Boston), requiring 2–3 days per week on-site in our office\nPreferred\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (relevant experience may substitute).\nPMP Certification.\nExperience in a startup or high-growth environment.\n#LI-CK1\n#LI-HYBRID\nBenefits:\nComprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance plans with BlueCross BlueShield, 95% paid by employer\n401(k) with company match\nFlexible PTO plus 12 company holidays, and additional paid days for sick leave, etc\nGenerous fully paid parental leave for both birth parents and non-birth parents\nFully employer paid disability and life insurances\nWellness and fitness reimbursements\nMonthly stipends for cell phone use and commuting costs\nOnsite snacks, weekly catered lunch, and (of course) unlimited Bevi ... plus composting and terra-cycling, too\nHappy hours, team-building events, bagel breakfasts, Values awards - and more.\nA note on AI in our hiring process: We use AI to help synthesize interview notes and surface themes from feedback, keeping our process consistent as we grow.
