Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide services to children birth to 21 in school and home settings. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders, with up to 30 hrs/week during the school year and approximately 45 hrs in summer. The candidate must hold CCC-SLP, MN licensure as an SLP, and Department of Education licensure.Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and support early intervention.Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare teams.Maintain accurate documentation and educate families on communication strategies.Skills include pediatric experience, proficiency in speech therapy methods, empathy, and teamwork.Compensation ranges from $37-$45/hr, with flexible hours, paid time off, and retirement benefits. The position is part-time, in person, and aims to improve children's communication skills.
