Responsibilities - Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety standards - Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system - Very good menu items and promote special promotions - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service Experience - Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or grocery store setting is preferred - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar systems is a plus - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety guidelines - Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Experience in the food service industry or culinary background is beneficial Job Type: Temporary Pay: $23.79 - $26.38 per hour Shift: Evening shift Night shift Ability to Relocate: Washington, DC 20011: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
