Benefits Administrator
Job Description: This role will be responsible for: Own core transactional activities: Manage benefit invoicing, deposit processing, national medical support notices, and leave administration support on a recurring basis. Support documentation and process standardization: Draft SOPs, maintain SharePoint/document repositories, and organize materials to improve audit readiness and reduce reliance on tribal knowledge. Provide project and enrollment support: Assist with open enrollment execution, vendor transitions, and ad hoc benefits projects to ensure timelines are met without escalation. Projects: Ability to lead individual projects to organize documents, files and processes into a systemSkills RequiredMicrosoft 365 – Excel, Teams, Word, etc. Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, time management, analyticalSkills PreferredExperience RequiredThis ideal candidate would have some degree of benefits experience (greater than 1 year).
