At our Winfield and Burden locations.\nRequirements:\n- 5+ years of grain experience with strong knowledge of grain operations\n- Forklift experience\n- Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), move up to 50 pounds\n-Willing to work overtime and weekends\n- Ability to work near or around dry/liquid fertilizers\n- Must be 18 years of age or older with a Valid Driver's License\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nResponsible for grain handling including incoming, stored, and outgoing grain\nMaintain the grain quality, blending, and provide grain drying services\nGeneral maintenance, as needed Job\nMaintain a positive and respectful attitude towards coworkers and customers\nBuilding relationships with farmers and offering exceptional customer service which includes minimizing arriving truck waiting time to the greatest extent possible.\nMeasures, monitors, and manages inventory\nContact our Leon office for application and more information\nFull-time with Overtime options\nFleming Feed & Grain offers a competitive total compensation package.
