(V&EG) a Pinnaql company is a leading services supplier who provides solutions for the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical, Food, and Medical Devices industries in the following areas: Laboratory, Compliance, Computer, Engineering, Project Management, Validation, and other services.\n\nWe are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethical standards for the following position:\n\nCharacterization Process Development Specialist\n\nTechnical Requirements\n\nEquipment & Packaging Characterization\nExperience defining operational parameters and ranges for assembly machines, cartoners, carton labelers, case packers, palletizers, accumulators, and labeling systems, while optimizing equipment performance.\n\nCombination Product Regulations\n\nWorking knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 4 requirements, including CGMP regulations under 21 CFR 211 and 21 CFR 820 / ISO 13485.\nAnalytical & Material Science\nExperience with physical characterization techniques and evaluating the effects of mechanical testing, temperature variation, applied forces, and light exposure on materials.\nStatistical Analysis & DOE\nExperience applying Design of Experiments (DOE), Minitab, data analysis, and edge-of-failure testing methodologies.\nTechnical Writing\nAbility to develop clear technical reports, protocols, executive summaries, and documentation based on engineering data.\n\nSoft Skills & Competencies\n\nStrong systems-thinking abilities and understanding of packaging line interactions.\nRoot cause analysis and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively across Engineering, Quality, Packaging Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.\nStrong organizational skills in fast-paced environments.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProfessional fluency in English (written and spoken).\nFlexibility to support first, second, or third shift operations as required.\n\nAt Validation & Engineering Group, people always come first.
