{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"2db63cb444cdb43cc14709e7","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/2db63cb444cdb43cc14709e7","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/2db63cb444cdb43cc14709e7","title":"Proposal Manager","description":"Proposal Manager\n\nPOSITION RELATIONSHIP TO ORGANIZATION:\nThis position is within the Shared Services/Corporate Office..\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:\nKnowledge - Process of responding to RFQs/RLIs/RFPs or similar requests.\nKnowledge - Client Resource Management\nSkills - good communication and organization skills.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.\nProblem solving and analytical skills.\nAble to work effectively in an environment with multiple deadlines.\nAble to effectively work independently and within a team.\nAble to plan tasks and implement action items.\nAble to exhibit a professional demeanor and attitude when interacting with colleagues and clients.\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nMaintains and tracks the projects on the target list and ensure EAC’s BD Process is implemented appropriately, given the anticipated dates and achieve all pre-marketing activities in advance of project advertisement.\nWorks with team to respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Qualifications (RFQs).\nUses template information to begin building RFP responses and work with project personnel for content quality and accuracy.\nParticipates in the selection and recommendation of appropriate projects and personnel to be included in proposals, according to RFPs/RFQs.\nCreates, proofreads, and edits proposal text for proper grammar, spelling, comprehension and style.\nMaintenance of BD/Promotional Materials and Tools: project descriptions, resumes, newsletters, website, postcards, ads, etc.\nModifies marketing material as needed.\nBusiness Development\nAssist in implementing the firm's business development strategy.\nDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, teaming partners, and industry organizations.\nIdentify opportunities and coordinate Go/No-Go evaluations.\nSupport market research and identify upcoming project opportunities.\nAttend networking events, conferences, and professional association meetings.\nCoordinate client visits and business development meetings.\nMaintain CRM database and client contact information.\nProposal Management\nLead proposal development from kickoff through submission.\nCoordinate proposal schedules, assignments, and deadlines.\nDevelop proposal outlines and compliance matrices.\nPrepare resumes, project descriptions, and qualification packages.\nCoordinate graphics, printing, and final production.\nFacilitate proposal quality control reviews.\nSupport interview preparation and presentation coaching.\n\nEXPERIENCE:\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).\nEDUCATION:\nBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration\n\nEAC is a leading transportation engineering firm that provides engineering excellence and exceptional client service.
