Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Recruiter to support hiring efforts across our property management portfolio, including leasing, property management, accounting/finance, and maintenance roles. This role will also provide hands-on support for HR projects and new-hire onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is eager to build a long-term career in Recruiting and Human Resources.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Talent Acquisition:Support the full-cycle recruiting process from initial resume review to delivering offers for all positionsPost job openings and manage applicant flow in the ATS (Spark Hire)Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviewsCoordinate interviews and maintain candidate communicationAssist with offers and pre-employment processesOnboarding & HR SupportCoordinate onboarding and orientation for new hiresPrepare offer letters and onboarding documentationSupport HR projects, reporting, and employee file maintenanceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field1–2 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experienceStrong interest in pursuing a career in Recruiting/HRExcellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
