The successful candidate will lead an engineering and analysis team that supports HQ MCICOM with managing a capital investments portfolio. This role will provide senior technical direction for multi‑discipline, UFC‑compliant engineering and design reviews; guide DD 1391 and SAES/RFP development; and manage capital investment and execution tracking for MILCON, UMMC, FSRM, and demolition portfolios.
