This is a hands-on management position that will require most of the time spent working directly with employees throughout the restaurant as well as interacting with customers.\n\nSpecific duties as a Managing Partner (Proprietor) will include:\n\nManaging all employees to maintain high employment quality standards consistent with the Bonefish Grill Brand (includes hiring, development, counseling, promotion, discipline and termination as appropriate)\nMaintaining all employee files and ensuring that all required documentation is complete and accurate\nEnsuring that the restaurant is fully staffed, and employees are trained in all aspects of job responsibilities\nImplementing effective security protocols to always ensure the ongoing safety of both our employees and guests.\nRespond to complaints, with the goal of turning dissatisfied guests into return guests\nDeveloping initiatives to build sales, profitability and guest counts\nVerifying that all menu items are made according to the recipe and that presentation is up to Bonefish Grill standards\nAdhering to company standards and service levels to increases sales and minimize costs\nMaintaining proper inventory levels and placing orders within established guidelines\nManaging restaurant P&L\nEnforcing safety and sanitation, maintenance and regulatory compliance for the entire restaurant and premises\nEnsuring that all operational basics and standards are adhered to with total commitment and passion\nOverseeing all restaurant administrative requirements including cash handling, completion of guest liability, property, casualty, workers compensation reports, and governmental compliance\nEnsuring that the Bonefish Grill's Principles and Beliefs are continually taught and practiced\nLeading the restaurant and its employees in active community involvement with a strong presence at events, clubs, and organizations\nDemonstrating high ethical judgement, adhering to standards laid out in the Company's Code of Ethics policy\nJob Requirements\n\nAs a Managing Partner (Proprietor), dependability, self-reliance, passion for great food and exceptional customer service is essential. A combination of a winning personality with professional dedication and a team-oriented attitude is key.
