Specifically, candidates will have demonstrable skills in architecting, configuring, building, deploying, and supporting an IAM solution utilizing Open Access Management (OpenAM), ForgeRock OpenAM, or similar IAM products/solutions. A deep understanding of DoD and government security standards and policies are needed to ensure all deployed changes are highly secure and available. The candidate will work directly with senior-level systems and software engineers and architects to design and implement solutions in a large complex worldwide enterprise.\nQualifications:\n5+ years of hands on Java/JavaScript development experience.\n7+ years total experience supporting enterprise-class applications in a significant engineering or development role.\n3+ experience in identity and access management leveraging OpenAM, ForgeRock, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, or similar suite of products.\nAdvanced knowledge of LDAP, directory services, application servers and network infrastructure.\nExperience with standard authentication protocols and frameworks such as SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OIDC.\nExperience with web services and APIs (REST, SOAP).\nExperience integrating and deploying IAM solutions with web-based applications to provide authentication and authorization.\nExperience designing and implementation of IAM solutions for high availability and disaster recovery.\nTypical Duties/Abilities:\nDesign, develop, and implement IAM solutions using the ForgeRock product suite (OpenAM, OpenIDM, OpenDJ, OpenIG).\nConfigure and customize ForgeRock components to meet the specific needs of the organization.\nIntegrate ForgeRock solutions with various applications and systems, ensuring seamless authentication and authorization processes.\nDevelop and maintain custom scripts and connectors for ForgeRock products.\nEnsuring solutions meet maintainability, reliability, sustainability, capacity, and security requirements.\nSupporting the Program Management Offices (PMOs) and/or users to address their requests, questions, and concerns.\nSoft Skills\nExperience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, Business Analysts)\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with a track record of taking solution ownership\nCommunication skills key!
