The role offers significant responsibility, client interaction, and opportunities for long-term growth within a collaborative environment.\nResponsibilities\nHandle a variety of insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution\nManage cases involving:\nPersonal injury litigation\nBusiness and commercial disputes\nProfessional negligence claims\nProducts liability matters\nTake and defend depositions\nDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents\nDevelop litigation strategy and assist with case evaluations\nCommunicate regularly with clients regarding case developments and recommendations\nPrepare matters for mediation, arbitration, trial, and settlement discussions\nWork closely with partners and litigation teams to achieve favorable outcomes\nQualifications\nJ.D. from an accredited law school\n3-5 years of insurance defense litigation experience\nExperience handling discovery and depositions\nExperience in one or more of the following areas:\nProducts liability\nStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skills\nExcellent organizational and time management abilities\nAbility to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nWhy This Opportunity\nOur client offers attorneys the opportunity to work on a diverse range of litigation matters while receiving meaningful responsibility and client exposure.
