You'll also be responsible for managing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring productivity, quality of work, and effective communication across departments. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and a customer-focused mindset.Key Responsibilities: Manage the full service cycle: appointment setting, work order preparation, and final invoicingSupervise, support, and motivate a team of technicians to meet productivity and quality goalsMonitor technician performance, assign jobs based on skill level, and ensure efficient workflowBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and follow-upAssist customers in identifying service needs and offer appropriate solutionsPrepare accurate service estimates and obtain necessary approvalsPromote available products and servicesEnsure work is completed to customer satisfaction and follow up as neededDrive service department efficiency and actively identify upsell opportunitiesMaintain compliance with all company policies and proceduresCollaborate with internal departments to support overall dealership successRequirements: 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role (preferred)Previous experience managing or working closely with service technicians is highly preferredAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorHigh level of motivation, integrity, and a strong work ethicAbility to lead by example and foster a positive team cultureApply today to join our team!
