This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of the organization by overseeing accounting processes, maintaining compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven financial leader looking to make a lasting impact within a growing organization.\r\nKey Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end/year-end close processes.\r\nPrepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports, and executive financial reporting.\r\nDevelop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses while monitoring performance against company goals.\r\nEstablish and maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to ensure financial accuracy, minimize risk, and safeguard company assets.\r\nCoordinate annual audits and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations.\r\nPartner with executive leadership to provide financial insights, identify opportunities for operational improvements, and support strategic business decisions.\r\nLead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while promoting accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the department.\r\nQualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.\r\nCPA or CMA designation strongly preferred.\r\nAdvanced knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.\r\nExperience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics GP, or similar accounting software.\r\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.\r\nProven leadership experience managing accounting teams in a fast-paced business environment.\r\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to executive leadership.\r\nWhat We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a strategic financial leader who combines strong technical accounting expertise with a hands-on leadership style.
