An Associate recognizes that their impact within the company goes beyond managing projects as they either lead or are vital parts of internal or external operations of the company.\nWhat you will do:\nProvides leadership developing structural systems that balance performance, cost, architectural constraints, and innovation. Understands impact of system layout, consistency and repetition on design effort, coordination of trades and deliverables. Seeks input from others to simplify structural solutions.\nCommunicates expectations and follows through to verify results.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelors degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering from an accredited college or university.\nMasters degree in structural engineering is preferred.\nProfessional Engineering license.\n7 years of full-time professional engineering experience preferred.\nExcellent technical skills, including computer analysis.\nFamiliar with Revit software highly desirable.\nProficient in Microsoft Office suite.\nExcellent communication skills.\nAbility to build client and staff relationships.\nWork Environment: Work is in an office setting with extensive computer work.
