RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.Experience:Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in a technical environment.Hands-on experience in software development or IT project management is highly preferred.Technical Skills: Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders, lead meetings, and report on project progress.Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
