The expectation for this employee is to work on-site Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM –5 PM, butmay work remotely on an as-needed basis.\r\nThis position is one we hold in high regard in order to provide the level of service excellence our customers expect and deserve. Specific duties to include:\r\nSubmit monthly activity reporting to agencies on behalf of the organization for various contracts.\r\nWork with accounting and finance teams to ensure appropriate payments for contracts as needed.\r\nMaintain product databases across all applications, including pricing related to negotiated contracts.\r\nWorking with vendors to assure execution of contract pricing.\r\nAssist sales teams with quoting process related to contracts.\r\nNegotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.\r\nReview purchase order claims and contracts for compliance with company policies.\r\nResolve vendor grievances or claims against suppliers promptly and professionally.Ensure accurate receipt and documentation of delivered equipment in accounting software.\r\nEnsure timely and accurate delivery of materials to project sites or customers.\r\nMonitor shipping performance and identify areas for improvement.\r\nDevelop and implement best practices for procurement and inventory management.\r\nProvide support for special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.\r\nOversee the upload of items and maintaining accuracy of system pricing.\r\nWhat you bring to the table\r\nAssociate's Degree or equivalent experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.\r\nPrior TIPS and 791 Co-Op experience preferred but not required.\r\n1+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or logistics.\r\nExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.\r\nAdditional Skills\r\nMust be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal manner to employees and customers.\r\nMust possess a positive attitude and be willing to interact with customer, co-workers, and other personnel at all times\r\nCommitment to integrity and Company Standards and Procedures\r\nAttention to detail and accuracy is a must\r\nWhat we bring to the table\r\nAn awesome, collaborative culture\r\nCompensation based upon background and experience\r\nFull benefits package\r\nVacation\r\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and drug- freeworkplace.
