If you are passionate about data collection, cleaning, manipulation and visualization, and also have a background in Sales, this opportunity is for you!\n\nJob Responsibilities:\nExecute recurring reporting projects, including sales,princing, inventory and employee performance analysis.\nAnalyze data and identify trends, patterns, or other notable information to identify emerging issues or opportunities for improvement.\nPerform recurring data analyses including data comparisons and Salesforce quality control reporting.\nInterpret data and develop reports and presentations to communicate and share findings to management and high executives.\nCommunicate with various departments to ensure all sales, pricing, and inventory data is sent on a regular basis and verify the accuracy of such data, working with the department's supervisors.\nWork with consultants to develop enhanced reporting on the performance.\nAnalyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources to identify potential problems and make recommendations for improvement in operations.\nWork on ad hoc reporting and analysis requests as assigned by management.\nExtract data and reports from our platform.\nParticipate with internal and external teams on other projects.\n\nJob Requirements:\nExpert in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, LOOKUP’s, and merging/consolidating data from multiple sources into a single report.\nKnowledge in business intelligence tools and applications (i.e. Power BI, Tableau)\nAbility to summarize and present large amounts of data in an organized fashion.\nProcess thinker and highly analytical with willingness to iterate and find solutions.\nAbility to work in a structured manner, including logically working through a project plan or defined set of steps.\nFluent in English – both oral and written.\nBS or BA degree in math, computer sciences, accounting, statistics, finance, or related fields\nAbility to work remotely.\n\nTPIS is an equal opportunity employer (EEO Employer / Affirmative Action for Women / Disabled / Veterans).
