SAP ERP Automation Tivoli Kanban Team Member I

GovSG is seeking a SAP ERP Automation (Tivoli) Team Member I to support the day-to-day Tivoli operations by monitoring alerts, executing runbooks, performing basic troubleshooting, and escalating effectively to keep services stable.This position is remote but based out of Washington D.C..Position Duties:Monitor dashboards/queues and respond to events/alerts; perform initial triage and ticket creation with correct categorization and impact.Execute runbook procedures (service restarts, agent checks, job reruns, basic backup restores) within approved change/incident processes.Validate agent health and connectivity; perform basic installs/upgrades under guidance and document outcomes.Support event hygiene: acknowledge/close alerts, attach evidence, and ensure alert-to-ticket correlation is accurate.Assist with schedule/job operations (if applicable): monitor job failures, rerun/restart jobs, validate dependencies, and communicate status.Assist with backup operations (if applicable): verify nightly results, investigate common failures, and support small restore requests.Maintain knowledge articles, troubleshooting notes, and shift handover summaries.Other duties as assignedPosition RequiredDoD Secret ClearanceBachelor's DegreeDemonstrated experience working with SAP Navy ERP systemsExperience providing Tier 3 or advanced functional/technical supportStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train diverse user groupsUnderstanding of Navy workflows, financial processes, or supply operationsSalary: $80,000- $90,000. Actual compensation offered to candidate will vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
