Full-Stack TypeScript Developer (AI-First, Database-First Architecture)We’re looking for a full-stack engineer who can own features end-to-end across web, mobile, and backend—with a strong emphasis on PostgreSQL (Supabase) and an AI-first development workflow.This is not a typical REST API role—and not a traditional coding environment. We expect engineers who actively leverage AI to accelerate development, not just use it occasionally.Third-party candidates will not be considered.What You’ll DoBuild across the stack with TypeScript, React, React NativeDesign backend logic directly in PostgreSQL (SQL, functions, migrations)Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) for role-based access controlDevelop server-side logic using Deno Edge FunctionsUse AI tools daily to accelerate coding, debugging, and system designOwn features from concept → production with high autonomyMentor junior engineers, including effective AI usageMust-HavesStrong TypeScript + React (web & mobile)Deep PostgreSQL fluency (raw SQL, not just ORMs)Experience with database-first architecturesProven ability to work in an AI-assisted / AI-first development workflowUses AI tools to meaningfully improve speed and qualityUnderstands limitations, risks, and when not to rely on AIExperience with Tailwind CSS + data-heavy UIs (e.g., ag-Grid)Ability to operate independently in a lean, high-ownership teamNice-to-HavesSupabase (including Supabase Auth)Experience with RLS or complex access-control systemsDeno / Edge FunctionsGov/compliance-adjacent experienceAudit logging / immutable event systemsAWS/Azure, CI/CD, or DevOps exposureWho This Is ForEngineers who are truly full-stack—equally comfortable in SQL and application code—and who embrace AI as a core part of how they build, not just a side tool.
