Find your future with us.\n\nCompany Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a highly skilled Flight Technology Integration & Verification Engineer to join our team working on the T-7 platform in the St. Louis, MO region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the integration and verification activities of the aero systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements as part of the Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) capability. SEIT engineers are essential to the development, safety and success of T-7. Each day, they go above and beyond to meet our customers’ overall mission requirements—from initial vehicle concept definition through design, test, validation and in-service support.\n\nApplies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify a lifecycle‑balanced system of systems and system solutions. Evaluates customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces. Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture. Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success. Develops the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes. Resolves cross‑functional technical issues.\n\nRequirements\nBasic Qualifications:\n\nBachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science\n\nMinimum of 4 years or equivalent experience in aero integration and verification, with a focus on military or commercial aircraft\n\nExperience in system engineering, and the verification & validation process\n\nStrong knowledge of airframe systems, aerodynamic principles, loads testing, GNC (guidance, navigation & controls), vehicle management systems, and materials\n\nExperience with test planning, execution, and data analysis\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting\n\nExperience with JIRA/PI Planning/Agile framework\n\nAbility to schedule out projects, track progress, and hold stakeholders accountable\n\nAbility and willingness to dig into details and follow up with stakeholders\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience with the T-7 platform or similar aircraft programs\n\nKnowledge of systems engineering principles and practices\n\nExperience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies\n\nFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and standards related to aircraft design and testing (e.g., FAA, MIL-STD)\n\nProficient in using engineering tools and software for modeling, simulation, and analysis\n\nBachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification.\n\nCTS Pays For Referrals!
