The project's goal is to improve training effectiveness, increase operator flexibility across work areas, reduce certification cycle time, and strengthen overall employee competency. We are seeking experienced consultants to support this initiative across program management, training design, and documentation execution.Position SummaryThe Training Transformation Lead is the most critical resource on this project, responsible for the instructional design and architecture of the redesigned training framework.
