This hands-on role combines production operations with forklift responsibilities to support throughput, quality, and food safety standards. In this role, you will:\n\nInspect reusable containers for quality and food safety compliance\nLoad, unload, stage, stack, and transfer materials throughout the service center\nSafely operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment\nSupport production line operations and monitor workflow to maintain efficiency\nOperate automated equipment, touchscreen controls, scanners, and machinery interfaces\nPerform daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns\nMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areas\nComplete required documentation, audits, and inventory-related tasks\nFollow safety, quality, food safety, and operational procedures\nSupport multiple areas of the operation as business needs require\nWhat We Are Looking For:\n\nWe're seeking dependable team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and are committed to safety, quality, and teamwork.\n\nQualifications:\n\nMust be at least 18 years old\nAbility to read, write, and communicate basic English\nPrevious forklift operating experience required; certification preferred\nExperience working in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or material handling environments\nComfortable operating machinery and equipment technology, including touchscreen interfaces\nStrong attention to safety procedures and quality standards\nWillingness to work flexible schedules and overtime as needed\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nStand for extended periods (8-12 hours per shift)\nFrequently lift up to 50 pounds without assistance\nPerform repetitive reaching, bending, twisting, and lifting motions\nWork in varying temperature conditions\nPay and Perks:\nPay: $00.00/hr, plus a $0.00 shift differential for XX shift hours\nBenefits: Tosca offers a comprehensive benefits package to our team members.
